iWebManage was founded in 2009 by a group of IT professionals and certified project managers
with an excellent combined track record of successful IT project delivery across many business sectors.

Dr. Paul Stevens
Non-Executive Chairman

Up until the end of April 2008 Paul Stevens was Vice President of Information Technology at GlaxoSmithKline UK Pharma, having assumed this role in January 2001 with the merger of Glaxo Wellcome and SmithKline Beecham.

Paul joined Glaxo as a research scientist in 1974 and worked in Microbial Biochemistry where he helped to develop early techniques of high-throughput screening of samples for potential new medicines. In 1986, Paul moved into the IT department of the commercial arm of Glaxo and was subsequently involved in many aspects of IT within Manufacturing , HR and Corporate at both a local and global level.

He holds a PhD from Brunel University, an MSc in Biochemistry from London University and a BSc in Pharmacology from Bradford University.

Anas Batikhi
Managing Director

Anas has a solid background in software and web development and a long track record delivering bespoke information systems.

He held many senior technical leadership and project management roles working for small and large organisations such as Eli Lilly & Co., europrospectus.com Limited, GlaxoSmithKline Plc and more recently a Senior Developer & IT Project Manager at Millennium Global Investments.

Anas holds a Bachelors Degree in Computing & IS from Brighton University and an MSc Degree in Business Information Technology from Kingston Business School and is a PRINCE2 Practitioner.

Sharon Southall
Director

Sharon is an experienced Project Manager and Business Analyst. Previous roles include quality assurance manager and DTP manager. She has worked in the Investment Banking division of Merrill Lynch for the last 15 years.

She also holds a Masters Degree in Business Information Technology from Kingston Business School and is a PRINCE2 Practitioner.

Arif Devji
Business Development
Consultant

Arif joined Glaxo in 1979 and has performed many roles in IT including Business Analyst, Project Manager, IT Service Buyer, Head of Systems Development and Support. After the merger of Glaxo SmithKline, Arif assumed the role of Director of Infrastructure Services and Director of Change Management.

In 2006, Arif became the Director of Euroventures, working for the Aga Khan, promoting and leading projects through collaboration between professionals and entrepreneurs across Europe. Projects included land investments, leading to the creation of a thriving community based "private equity club".

Arif currently works for HCL leading the Life Sciences and Healthcare Practice in the UK as a Business Development Director, specialising in Outsourcing and Offshoring solutions.

Lama Mahmalji
Customer Relations
Manager

Lama has over 5 years experience working within the Marketing industry. Specialising in strategic client data solutions to deliver insight and manage customer relationships.

Her career started in Acxiom, managing client data and campaigns. In 2004 she moved to dunnhumby as a Client Manager for Tesco Ireland and managed their award winning quarterly Clubcard Statement. Her in-depth knowledge of client solutions and data moved her into a Senior Business Analyst role to work on strategic projects and new business development.

Graduated in 2002, she has a BSc (HONS) in Business Computing Systems from City University.
